ABOUT JOHN COURTE
PRESIDENT, COURTECHNOLOGY INC.
John is a project management professional with extensive years in industrial, automation and information technology projects. He is a passionate project manager who has built trust with stakeholders, clients and colleagues. John also has broad experience in project controls, project management, leadership and business development in consulting, Engineering-Procurement-Project Management (EPPM) and vendor environments. He has a Bachelor of Applied Information Systems Technology degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and is a certified project manager from the Project Management Institute. John has continued his education through McGill University Executive Institute Mini-MBA program.
He is organized, passionate and goal-oriented. John understands what projects have in common, and their strategic role in how organizations succeed, learn and change. Working well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments, John can shift readily between the 'big picture' and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each.
By managing the constraints of the project triangle (cost, time scope and quality) John creates clear attainable project objectives, building requirements to successful plan, execute and close contracted projects.
